1. About Vinyetci
Vinyetci is a trading name of Gamers Royale, Hudsonlaan 742, 5623 NT Eindhoven, the Netherlands (KVK: 72543175). Vinyetci is an independent intermediary service and is not affiliated with any government or official highway authority. By placing an order, you authorise Vinyetci to purchase the required highway vignettes on your behalf from the official government system of the respective country.
2. The Service
After payment confirmation, we submit your vehicle details (licence plate, vehicle type, and start date) to the relevant government vignette system and complete the purchase on your behalf. You will receive a confirmation email with proof of purchase once registration is complete. Processing normally takes a few minutes but may take up to 2 hours. In the event of technical issues at government level this may extend to 24 hours.
3. Pricing & Service Fee
The price shown consists of the official government vignette price plus a per-vignette service fee covering our intermediary role, order processing, and customer support. The exact breakdown is visible in the order summary before payment. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change; the price at the time of your order is binding.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your licence plate, vehicle category, registration country, and desired start date. Vinyetci cannot be held liable for vignettes issued based on incorrect data you have provided. Any fines or correction costs resulting from incorrect information are entirely your responsibility.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
By expressly requesting immediate service execution when placing your order, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the vignette purchase at the government authority is complete (Article 16(a) EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Vignettes are personal, tied to a specific licence plate, and cannot be cancelled, transferred, or resold. Refunds are therefore not possible after a successful purchase. If the purchase cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our side, you will of course receive a full refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Vinyetci acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for technical failures in government systems, delays in registration by authorities, changes to vignette rules or fees after purchase, or fines resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the service fee paid for the relevant order.
7. Complaints
For questions or complaints, please contact us at info@vinyetci.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law prescribes a different jurisdiction.
