Correction depends on each country's system, but we will do everything we can to help as quickly as possible. Tip for German plates: enter the plate exactly as printed — use a hyphen between the city code and letters (e.g. M-AB 1234). Do not include the EU oval or country symbol on the left.

Can I choose a future start date?

How do I receive my vignette — by app or email?

By email. After payment confirmation we send a PDF to your email address as your proof of purchase. The vignette is registered electronically against your license plate in the government system — you do not need to print or show anything at the border.

It depends on the duration you chose. Short-stay vignettes (7 or 10 days) are valid from your selected start date. Monthly vignettes cover 30 consecutive days. Swiss vignettes are always annual. We send a reminder email before your vignette expires.

Fines range from €200 to €500 or more depending on the country, and authorities may stop you from continuing your journey. Roadside cameras check plates continuously on major motorways — it is a risk not worth taking.

Not automatically. In Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland, trailers require a separate vignette. We support trailer vignettes — simply enable the trailer option during checkout and enter your trailer's license plate.

Yes, as long as it is still within its validity period. A 10-day vignette covers you for 10 consecutive days from the start date, regardless of how many times you cross the border. Plan your travel dates and you are fully covered throughout.
